The technique is taught at the top acting conservatories around the world including Julliard, Yale, Carnegie Mellon, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. It gives actors the tools they need to improve breath support, physically, effortlessly, and authentically transform into different characters, reduce performance anxiety, and prevent pain from physically/mentally/emotionally demanding roles.

As a performer myself, I can honestly say the Alexander Technique was the most powerful part of my acting training at Boston University. So powerful, in fact, that I became a teacher of it so others could benefit from the work too!
