Together we’ll explore relationships throughout our body-mind connection, our external environment, and with each other. Co-regulation informs self-regulation and back again. Learn how to “have your own back” while responding to other beings.

This workshop will explore themes of relative safety, rhythms, and thresholds pertinent to implementing a trauma-informed approach to teaching AT. Building awareness and skill in working with trauma, overwhelm, and dysregulation helps our students feel even more well-met and supported in their process of moving from the known to the unknown.
