 STANDING IN LINE

Become aware of your body in space, and all of the space around you. Notice your feet on the ground. Let go of excess tension through your neck, back, arms, and legs, without sinking down into your pelvis or hips. Aim up through your back, and up the back of your neck, out the top of your head. Let your legs release away from your torso, and supported by the ground. You’re expanding and allowing for more spaciousness throughout your whole self. If your breathing opens up through this process, you’re on the right track!
